This is the final document as of May, 2005. Use Adobe Acrobat v5 or greater to
view and print. The documents
are made for double sided printing, so
use Acrobat's printing features to print odds, (flip pages), then
evens.
That way, text and graphics can be viewed side by side as you flip the
pages (you will notice some blank pages if you print single sided;
these have been inserted to print as the back side as the last page of
a section).
